Repose of Patriarch Pavel-Panekhida scheduled

Give rest O Lord to the soul of thy servant who has fallen sleep, and may his memory be eternal!

Sunday, November 15, 2009, at the Military Medical Academy in Belgrade, after receiving the Sacrament, Archbishop of Pec, Metropolitan of Belgrade and Karlovac , Patriarch Pavle of Serbia reposed in the Lord.

Funeral Service for the Patriarch will be Thursday at the Rakovica monastery, in Belgrade, Serbia

Locally a panekhida will be servedĀ on Wednesday at 7pm at St. George Serbian Orthodox Church located atĀ  11001 Greenwood Street Lenexa, Kansas.
