Annual Ancient Christianity Conference 2010

The Annual Ancient Christianity Conference hosted by the Brotherhood of St. Moses the Black is scheduled to take place May 14th-16th, Anniston, Alabama.  The theme of the conference this year is Jesus Christ, the Great Physician.  The conference features prayer, spiritual music, Divine Liturgy, and fellowship, with a focus on Orthodox spiritual life.

Speakers: His Beatitude Met Jonah, Abbot Gerasim of Platina and Deacon Nathaniel Johnson of Felton, CA, Fr. Moses Berry, Fr. Jerome Sanderson, Fr. Paisius Altschul, and Mother Katherine Weston. 
 
Registration fee is $40 – Scholarships are available.  Registration does not include housing.
(Housing/stipend/travel is provided for speakers/chanters.)

Transportation to Anniston is mainly by car, bus or train.  There is only a private airport.  The closest municipal airport is Birmingham or Atlanta.
There is a limousine service from Atlanta ($30).
